Minute 0-2: Review today's queue

Open Daily Close Mode. See who is overdue, who is hot, and who is scheduled for today.

Minute 2-5: Prioritize by value

Sort by deal size + temperature. Call the biggest, hottest deals first. Energy follows attention.

Minute 5-10: Execute follow-ups

Call → Text → Email → Set next move. One lead at a time. No multitasking.

Minute 10-12: Update notes + stages

Capture pain, objection, and next move for every conversation. If you don't write it down, it didn't happen.

The weekly reset (Fridays)

  • Review pipeline for stuck deals over 14 days
  • Update lost deals so your numbers are clean
