The 6 stages that matter
- New — captured, not yet contacted
- Contacted — first conversation done
- Qualified — pain confirmed, budget exists
- Pitched — offer presented, pricing on the table
- Follow-Up — waiting on decision (where money leaks)
- Won / Lost — closed
