The 6 stages that matter

  • New — captured, not yet contacted
  • Contacted — first conversation done
  • Qualified — pain confirmed, budget exists
  • Pitched — offer presented, pricing on the table
  • Follow-Up — waiting on decision (where money leaks)
  • Won / Lost — closed
